Dee-lish. Come here if you're hungry, because this is just all-around good cooking. Also, definitely come here for the insanely reasonable prices! I grew up eating Mario's and we came here for dinner the other night; I'd forgotten how nice a place it is. I've had everything here over the years and nothing has disappointed -- standout dishes include eggplant parmigiana, lasagna, meatballs, sausages and ravioli. Their pizza is good too. I've never tried the calzones or subs, and I think the next time I go I'm going to have to try their baked ziti. This time, I went with chicken parmigiana over spaghetti and it was amazing: tons of cheese and sauce, and I didn't need to add any salt or pepper. It was perfectly seasoned. The side salad was crisp and fresh, and the iced tea was definitely homemade. The complimentary bread is light and fluffy.

It was a Tuesday night and we got there around 5pm, were promptly seated and had our salads within 10 minutes, then our dinners followed another 10 minutes later. Service is always great, it's a really nice family restaurant that's been in business for a long time. I just found out that they now serve wine and beer, so you can't BYOB any longer.

Oh, and if you're looking for catering or party platters, they do those too. We always get a tray of lasagna the night before Thanksgiving when our relatives are in town because it's so easy and tasty.

We found this place 3 years ago on the way to drop our son off at school in ME. This time around we're here because our daughter goes to school in MA. I can say our second time is just as great our first!

The staff is very friendly. Large portions. The food is consistently delicious. I love their eggplant parm. Their pizza is really good too. You can't beat their prices!

We will probably be back next month when we come back to visit!

Very pleasant, nice place to grab a lunch. Fast service, friendly folks, portions so large it was like two meals instead of one.

Had the lasagna with meat sauce and some sausage. It was decently yummy, took half of it home in a box for supper because it was way too much to eat at once.

I love this place. Been coming here for 16 years. Always great meal, good portions and all at a good price. My favorite meal is the chicken parm. Great sauce. Lots of chicken and melted cheese. And with a side of shell macaroni it is wonderful. Marios is your good local Italian restaurant. Family friendly. Filled with locals. It has survived all the competition for 45 years now. Yum.

19 years and I'm still loving it. I come up from NYC and stop by for a chicken parm. Great!!

Friday night with a winter storm a coming and the place was packed. The place was not an overly large place and the seating was pretty tight to the people eating next to you.

However with all that we were seated promptly and they apologized profusely that they couldn't take our order right away.

We sat and took a look at the menu and when our waitress came back we asked what they are known for. Baked ziti was one, I forget their second and lasagna was three. I was debating about their pizza but didn't see many partakers of that and it wasn't on their top 3. So I was about to say I'll take lasagna when she said. We do have a special chicken parmesan and lasagna for 11 bucks. The other guy I was with decided to go with their baked Ziti and I went with the special.

I was worried that it would be a half serving each but when they arrived I had two full servings. I should also share they brought bread and butter prior to this and it was ok.

The chicken parm was fantastic and I should have said I will take the other one home. Instead I said i will at least have a bite. Right I need to give a good yelp review. I took a bite and needed another bite (again all about the reviews) and then after the second it resulted in a fourth, etc.

All to say the food was completely wiped clean and I am full.

    Review:
    Price: excellent for the amount
    Quality: great
Ambiance: good, even though the guy behind me whenever he would leave kept bumping into me, I enjoyed looking out the window.
Noise level: great, due to the size I never had to tilt my head forward to listen to whomever was eating with me
Would I go back? Yes, definitely
